Login information is not stored on your phone, so you don’t need to deactivate your Online or Mobile Banking account. If you’re concerned, you can log in to your Online Banking account from another device and change your password.

 

To log in to Online Banking for the first time, use your member number as your username and the last four digits of your Social Security number as your password. Once you’ve logged in, you can set a new password in the User Options section.

 

To enroll in online banking, go to the button at the top of the page, select "Enroll" and follow the instructions on the Enrollment page.

It's free, fast, and secure to pay all your household bills with Online Banking. You can make express payments, set up recurring payments, go paperless with eBills, and track your activity in one place. Just log into Online Banking and select Bill Pay. Questions or concerns? Call 800-823-7555.

*$1.00 minimum checking account balance for initial setup.

 

Easily transfer money between NCPD Federal Credit Union accounts and accounts you hold with other financial institutions through your Online Banking account or our Mobile App. Move your money with a few quick clicks, securely. You can schedule automatic, recurring transfers between accounts, and you’ll receive notifications of all activity.

Note: The maximum amount of money you can transfer is $2,500 per day and $5,000 per month. External accounts must be in your name – you cannot make external transfers to another person’s account.

 

Absolutely! Log in to the Mobile App, select Mobile Check Deposit, and follow the on-screen prompts. You’ll take photos of the front and back of the check, and we’ll handle the rest.

 

If you would like to delete your Online Banking account, simply send an email to memberservice@ncpdfcu.org. In the subject line write "Delete Online Banking Account" and include in the body of the email your name and account number.

Once your online banking account is deleted all associated data in our digital and internet banking system will also be removed. The data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. If you have additional questions please contact us at 516-938-0300.
