NCPD Federal Credit Union is proud to be part of students’ journeys. Explore scholarship options for incoming college and vocational school students.

James J. Kilfeather Memorial Scholarship Fund

In 2022, NCPD Federal Credit Union announced the establishment of the James J. Kilfeather Memorial Scholarship Fund, made possible by Marge Kilfeather, who wished to honor the spirit, integrity, and dedication of her late husband. James J. Kilfeather spent 25 years with the NCPD and was dedicated to the betterment of NCPD FCU.

Five scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded annually to assist applicants pursuing hands-on vocational education. Applicants must hold their own credit union account, be pursuing a degree or license from an
in-person vocational school or program, and demonstrate the values of James J. Kilfeather, with a proven passion for helping others.

2026 Winners: Maya Spottiswood, Riley Uvena, Philana Nedd, Noah Singer, and Salvatore Scalone

NCPD FCU Scholarships

NCPD FCU proudly awards five $2,500 scholarships each year to outstanding students. Applicants must be incoming full-time freshmen at accredited institutions and hold their own credit
union account.

Scholarship applications are currently closed. The next application period will open in April. Please check back then for details and eligibility requirements.
