Key Dates for Your Online Banking Upgrade

Sunday, November 16
8 p.m.

Bill Pay will be unavailable.

You’ll still be able to view account balances, but you won’t be able to schedule or edit payments.

Tuesday, November 18
9 a.m.

Our new online banking system launches!

Log in to experience the improved design and new features.

Recurring credit card payments made through DX Online will continue to process until this date. Any payments scheduled after November 25 will need to be rescheduled through the new system.

What You Need to Do

Apple users: Update your existing app. If automatic updates are turned on, your new app will download automatically when available. You can also download the new version from the Apple App Store after launch.

Android users: Delete and download. Delete your current NCPD FCU app and download the new version from the Google Play Store after launch.

Bill Pay users: After launch, review your Bill Pay settings to ensure they continue uninterrupted.

When you first log in after the upgrade, enter your current username and password. You’ll then be prompted to reset your password and confirm your account information using multifactor authentication via text or call.

Yes. Alerts will need to be re-enabled under Tools > Alerts (on desktop) or Settings > Alerts (on mobile).

 

One-time and fixed bill payments will automatically carry over to the new system.

 

SavvyMoney® gives you free access to your credit score, full credit report, and personalized tips to improve your credit, all from your online or mobile banking dashboard. You can also simulate how certain actions may affect your score using the Score Simulator tool.

 

Your score updates every 7 days, and you can refresh it anytime by clicking Refresh Score within your Credit Score dashboard.

 

Quicken transactions will be available for download starting Tuesday, November 25th. All transactions since your last download or sync will be included.
