Important Note: Your second-quarter dividend will post on 6/30 rather than 7/1. This is a one-time occurrence due to the core upgrade; your third-quarter dividend will post on 10/1 as usual.

Available During Conversion

These services will remain accessible at all times:

  • ATMs
  • Debit/Credit Cards*
  • Credit Cards*
  • Checks
  • Direct Deposit
  • Automatic Payments/Transfers

*From close of business on Friday, June 28, 2024, until Monday, July 1, 2024, debit cardholders will have a $1,000 daily limit and credit cardholders will have a $5,000 daily limit.

Our core member system is the software that manages NCPD Federal Credit Union’s banking technology. It enables us to open accounts, maintain transaction records, service loans and more.

 

As we continue to grow, we need to upgrade our system to better serve our members with the latest products and services.

 

If you have multiple member numbers, you’ll be able to view all accounts with a single login.

Your existing username and password will stay the same. If you have multiple logins, please try all logins prior to calling us for assistance. Going forward, each individual will only have one online banking login.

Joint members can now have their own username and password.

To log in to Online Banking for the first time, use your member number as your username and the last four digits of your Social Security number as your password. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to create your own unique password.

 

The Telephone Banking system will be upgraded, and you will need to set a new username and password. The phone number will stay the same and the system will walk you through re-registration.

 

No, your member number will stay the same.

 

No, all credit cards, debit cards, and PINs will stay the same.

 

No, you will continue to receive statements or eStatements as usual.

 

Loan payments, direct deposits, payroll deductions, ACH transactions, and automatic transfers will not be affected.

After conversion, please double-check vendors, dates, and amounts on Bill Pay.

If you have bill payment records on multiple accounts, please be aware only one bill payment vendor list will remain. Joint members will not have access to another joint account holder's vendor list for bill payment. If you have this situation, please contact us for further details.

 

Yes, you’ll be able to use your checks during and post-conversion.
